You agree NOT to:
- Use the service to process audio you do not own or have rights to
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
- Upload audio containing malicious code or exploits
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your audio files and the videos you create with our tool. Music Visualizer Pro retains all rights to the software, UI, algorithms, and visual designs of the platform itself. The visualizer presets and visual effects are the intellectual property of Music Visualizer Pro.
